Heartland Health Care Center Wins ULI'S 2015 Vision Awards

The Urban Land Institute awarded its prestigious Vision Award for Catalytic Development to the new Heartland Health Center-Devon development June 3. The 10,129-square-foot federally qualified health center is the first building of its kind to achieve LEED Platinum status, and extends access to primary health care services to Chicago's underserved Rogers Park community by an astounding 35 percent. Proud to have Heartland as a client, the achievement is emblematic of Three Corners' "pebble in the pond" approach to development, rippling out into an additional $20 million community investment.

The Mills at Riverbend Commons - Phase 2

The Quad Cities campus of Western Illinois University in Moline is getting a little closer to the community with a little help from Three Corners. More housing options and restaurant space is joining River Drive as Three Corners enters the second phase of its development. The environment is creating a "truly institutional-grade, student-living community," says Three Corners President Christopher Woods.

"This project is part of a larger revitalization initiative for the 47th Street corridor. We were looking for an innovative approach to bring back a building that would enliven the street, and I think the partnership between 3C and Revere Properties does that."

"The reason the city is interested in its new jobs for Hammond, new investment in Hammond, we got a building vacant for quite a while that's going to become useful again. Downtown Hammond is like the heart of the city, and you can't function without your heart. So this is super important that we keep focusing on what is going on downtown."
