Christopher Woods, Partner

Christopher Woods serves as Partner of Three Corners Development. Christopher’s 25 years of development experience encompasses both for-profit and non-profit community development, including multi-functional urban transformation developments and large-scale residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use initiatives that have achieved profound impacts in communities such as Chicago, Buffalo and the Quad Cities. As Partner of Three Corners Development, Christopher guides the company in implementing its strategic plan and long-term vision. He is most known as a leader in the field for his ability to build dynamic client relationships that create positive community outcomes. Christopher works on the national level to leverage real estate development for optimal benefits and impact within each community Three Corners builds.

Anthony Tiritilli, Partner

Anthony Tiritilli serves as Partner of Three Corners Development. Anthony is a senior executive with over twenty years of real estate experience from design to financially complex development projects. As Partner, Anthony will oversee all phases of project delivery from concept to completion. Anthony has a vast knowledge of all real estate sectors and with a special emphasis on multi-family, mixed-use, senior housing and healthcare developments. 

Anthony Carpino, Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Carpino serves as Chief Financial Officer of Three Corners Development. Anthony has twenty years professional business consulting experience in the finance, insurance, real estate, transportation and security industries, in both private and public sectors. As Chief Financial Officer, Anthony will lead our financial strategy to success.  Three Corners values Carpino’s strong track record of performing “turn-arounds” of small and medium sized companies, specializing in identifying undervalued, underutilized financial assets that can be enhanced through operational change and/or financial restructuring.

Tim Cahill, Controller

Tim Cahill serves as Controller for Three Corners Development. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of the real estate development process, including the management, financing, budgeting, feasibility analysis and site selection of projects. Tim also has extensive experience in 1031 tax-deferred real estate exchanges and financial management of Tenant In Common (TIC) investment structures. At Three Corners, Tim manages the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company, oversees asset management staff, and coordinates tax strategies. His work has seen the capitalization of projects ranging from single tenant to complex, large-scale mixed-use developments ranging from $2 million to more than $100 million.

Danny Rigoni, Development Manager

Danny Rigoni serves as Development Manager for Three Corners Development. Danny’s entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the real estate industry are centered around the transformative ascetic, functional, and economic impact that can be created through successful real estate development. His level of industry involvement goes beyond the workplace through his involvement and leadership roles in multiple real estate focused professional organizations. At Three Corners, Danny plays a collaborative role, working with leadership and the development team throughout the entire development process. From conducting feasibility analysis, due diligence, project underwriting, design, financing, lease up and stabilization, construction execution, and completion, Danny takes a hands on approach to every Three Corners initiative.
