Christopher Woods serves as President of Three Corners Development. Christopher’s 25 years of development experience encompasses both for-profit and non-profit community development, including multi-functional urban transformation developments and large-scale residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use initiatives that have achieved profound impacts in communities such as Chicago, Buffalo and the Quad Cities. As President of Three Corners Development, Christopher guides the company in implementing its strategic plan and long-term vision. He is most known as a leader in the field for his ability to build dynamic client relationships that create positive community outcomes. Christopher works on the national level to leverage real estate development for optimal benefits and impact within each community Three Corners builds.
Anthony Tiritilli, Vice President
Anthony Tiritilli serves as Vice President of Three Corners Development. Anthony is a senior executive with over twenty years of real estate experience from design to financially complex development projects. As Vice President, Anthony will oversee all phases of project delivery from concept to completion. Anthony has a vast knowledge of all real estate sectors and with a special emphasis on multi-family, mixed-use, senior housing and healthcare developments.
Matthew Ferrino, Development Manager
Matthew Ferrino serves as Development Manager for Three Corners Development. Matt joined Three Corners in 2013 after his tenure at Madison Construction, tracking job profitability and finding creative ways to increase margins on a job-to-job basis. At Three Corners, Matt oversees the financial due diligence and vetting process for new projects, determining whether a concept can feasibly become reality. His contributions have helped Three Corners secure high-profile projects and enhanced Three Corners’ reputation for innovative problem solving in real estate development.
Crystal Howlett, Asset Manager
Crystal Howlett serves as Asset Manager for Three Corners Development. Crystal has a decade of hands-on experience in real estate financial management, from small owner-operated firms to worldwide companies. At Three Corners, Crystal works in all aspects of real estate assets, from maintaining financial records to day-to-day accounting and property management. Crystal’s robust financial real estate management experience is essential to the ongoing operations of the Three Corners’ team.
Tim Cahill, Controller
Tim Cahill serves as Controller for Three Corners Development. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of the real estate development process, including the management, financing, budgeting, feasibility analysis and site selection of projects. Tim also has extensive experience in 1031 tax-deferred real estate exchanges and financial management of Tenant In Common (TIC) investment structures. At Three Corners, Tim manages the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company, oversees asset management staff, and coordinates tax strategies. His work has seen the capitalization of projects ranging from single tenant to complex, large-scale mixed-use developments ranging from $2 million to more than $100 million.
Danny Rigoni, Financial Analyst
Danny Rigoni serves as Financial Analyst for Three Corners Development. Danny’s entrepreneurial mindset and passion for the real estate industry are centered around the transformative ascetic, functional, and economic impact that can be created through successful real estate development. His level of industry involvement goes beyond the workplace through his involvement and leadership roles in multiple real estate focused professional organizations. At Three Corners, Danny plays a collaborative role, working with leadership and the development team throughout the entire development process. From conducting feasibility analysis, due diligence, project underwriting, design, financing, lease up and stabilization, construction execution, and completion, Danny takes a hands on approach to every Three Corners initiative.
Developing The Devon Avenue Apartments.
Three Corners is currently developing the luxury apartments and retail spaces along Devon Avenue which are known as The Apartments on Devon. The project is comprised of twenty-two spacious 3 and 2 bedroom apartments and 12,000 sf of non-contiguous retail. The building is currently under construction with an anticipated Q1 2016 delivery.
165,000-Square-Foot Student Life & Academic Center For East-West University (Chicago).
Along with Madison Construction, Three Corners provided developer services for this 165,000-square-foot project in Chicago’s lakefront protection district, which includes seven academic floors surrounding a”vertical quad” and ten floors of purpose-built student housing and residential life components.
Chicago Neighborhood Development Award And Good Neighbor Award Winner For South Side Developments (Chicago).
In conjunction with the Chicago Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Three Corners developed two keystone multi-family properties on Chicago’s South Side. The mixed-use live/work Bronzeville Artist Lofts in the Bronzeville neighborhood and Prairie Court Apartments in Washington Park. These developments breathed life into previously fallow buildings, spurring renewed activity and interest in the surrounding area.
Named Preferred Developer For High-Density, Mixed-Use Town Center Development Known As Riverbend Commons (Moline, Quad Cities, Illinois).
Three Corners was competitively selected to develop this 15.5-acre multi-phase project, which includes student housing, market-rate housing, restaurants, lifestyle and non-food retail in addition to a fresh market with healthy food access for the surrounding neighborhood. Riverbend Commons is among the first LEED neighborhood developments in the IA-IL Metropolitan Statistical Area, the second largest MSA In Illinois.
Urban Land Institute Vision Award Winner For Heartland Health Center – Devon (Chicago).
Three Corners and Heartland International Health Centers received this honor on recognition of the Immediate and longterm community impact HHC-Devon provides to Chicago’s Rogers Park and Edgewater neighborhoods. The development represents the first LEED Platinum community health center in Illinois.
