Three Corners has performed development advisory and capital raising services for a 17-story, cast-in-place Academic and Housing Building for East-West University. East-West University was founded in 1980 with a mission to provide quality, affordable, multi-cultural and forward-looking higher education and is located in the South Loop of Chicago.
This 165,000 square feet complex contains retail and public space on the first few floors. The public space includes a library, laboratory, fitness center and a food court. Also included in the first few floors is faculty and staff space. The top 10 floors are resident housing. The budget for this project is approximately $40 million, of which $5 million is being raised by the Three Corners development services team.
